7F · OVERVIEW Find Your Frequency02 / 17
01 · FIND YOUR FREQUENCY

Find Your Frequency.

Most people spend their lives wondering why some conversations feel effortless and others feel impossible. Why some words ignite people and others fall flat. Why you can move a room in one moment and feel completely misunderstood in the next.

The answer isn't your confidence. It isn't your vocabulary. It's your frequency.

In 15 minutes, the Seven Frequencies Assessment reveals the communication pattern that has been shaping every relationship, every room, and every moment of your life, often without your awareness.

This isn't a personality test. It's a discovery. Not who you are, but how you move people, and why.

7F · OVERVIEW The Seven Frequencies03 / 17
02 · THE SEVEN

Seven distinct frequencies of human communication.

Most people lead with one. Many carry a second that shapes how the first lands. A few carry a triad — three operating at once.

i Motivator TRANSMITS ENERGY · INFUSES SELF-BELIEF → Do others look to you for encouragement?
ii Challenger TRANSMITS COURAGE · AWAKENS CALLING → Do others look to you to call them to a higher standard?
iii Commander TRANSMITS TRUST · PROVIDES DIRECTION → Do others look to you to tell them what to do?
iv Healer TRANSMITS ACCEPTANCE · EXTENDS WHOLENESS → Do others look to you for empathy and compassion?
v Professor TRANSMITS KNOWLEDGE · ASSURES COMPETENCY → Do others look to you to help them learn and understand?
vi Seer TRANSMITS VISION · GENERATES INNOVATION → Do others look to you for a vision for their future?
vii Maven TRANSMITS A NEW REALITY · CREATES PARADIGM SHIFTS → Do others look to you for the unexpected?

7F · OVERVIEW The Triad04 / 17
03 · THE TRIAD

Most lead with one. Many carry two. A few carry three.

Your dominant transmits. Your shaping shapes it. Your grounding anchors it.

1 · Dominant

The frequency people experience when you are not performing, not hiding, not editing. The voice the room hears first — and the one you over-rely on, even when the moment calls for another.

2 · Shaping

The second voice. Close enough to your dominant to flow naturally, distinct enough to round you out. It deepens your transmission and gives it texture.

3 · Grounding

The third frequency that anchors the combination. Less airtime than the first two, but when it shows up, it is unmistakably yours. It completes the triad's voice.

The Prophet.
MAVEN × SEER × CHALLENGER

Sees the new world, names the failure of the old one, refuses to let anyone stay comfortable in the in-between.

The Builder.
COMMANDER × PROFESSOR × HEALER

Direct, informed, and human. Builds organizations that perform and protect the people inside them.

The Architect of Disruption.
MAVEN × CHALLENGER × SEER

Tears down the old world with one hand and draws the new one with the other.

7F · OVERVIEW The Shadows05 / 17
04 · THE SHADOWS

Every frequency casts a shadow.

When a frequency turns from serving others to serving the self. Same voice. Different aim.

MotivatorThe Performer
Driven by the need to be accepted or affirmed — valuing image over substance.
→ Am I a hostage to the acceptance of others?
ChallengerThe Manipulator
Calls people to what they need them to do or be, for their own personal gain.
→ Do I find myself ignoring someone's “no”?
CommanderThe Dictator
Seeks to eliminate individual will and choice to fulfill their own wants and needs.
→ Do I surround myself with “yes” people?
HealerThe Cipher
Consumes empathy rather than releasing it, drawing broken people close to heal their own wounds.
→ When someone shares their pain, do I start talking about my own?
ProfessorThe Diminisher
Convinced no one grasps a subject at their level, and condescends to those who don't.
→ Do people hesitate to bring me new ideas or uncomfortable truths?
SeerThe Perfectionist
Rejects any outcome that isn't a pure reflection of their vision — nothing is ever good enough.
→ Do I wait for perfect conditions to try something new?
MavenThe Nihilist
Leads others toward a vision of a hopeless, dystopian future.
→ Can I see a better future for myself?

7F · OVERVIEW The Inner Voice06 / 17
05 · THE INNER VOICE

Your frequency speaks to you.

Most self-talk runs through the shadow. The voice that builds you is the one you have to consciously switch on. The voice that erodes you is the default. Naming your frequency teaches you to recognize how it speaks inward — and gives you the language to redirect it.

“It is more important to speak to yourself than to listen to yourself.” Erwin Raphael McManus
Practice 01
Tune identity to purpose.

Anchor who you are in unshakeable value. The critic becomes a coach. Fear becomes a lookout.

Practice 02
Aim attention at beauty.

What you look at shapes what you say to yourself. Hunt for beauty and possibility, and the inner voice stops recycling old fear.

Practice 03
Rewrite the story.

Your life moves in the direction of your dominant narrative. Find the memories you have made your home — then move out.

7F · OVERVIEW Dynamic Tensions07 / 17
06 · DYNAMIC TENSIONS

Every relationship is two frequencies meeting.

The goal is to stop fighting the person across from you and to start developing the dynamic between you.

Level 01
Amplifying

When two frequencies multiply each other's force.

The most energizing tension — and the most demanding to sustain. Risk: no natural brake.

Level 02
Contrasting

When two frequencies pull in opposite directions.

Productive when held structurally; political when not. The most common tension on a team.

Level 03
Catalytic

When two frequencies activate something neither could produce alone.

The engine of genuine innovation. Needs protection from premature closure.

Level 04
Stabilizing

When two frequencies create ground beneath the organization.

The quietest tension — and the most undervalued. Invisible until it breaks.

Level 05
Disruptive

When two frequencies challenge each other's foundations.

The most misunderstood — and the most necessary for transformation.

7F · OVERVIEW The Constellation08 / 17
07 · THE CONSTELLATION

Four dynamics. Seven voices. One system.

The frequencies aren't isolated. They cluster, balance, and call to each other.

Relating · connect to the person.
MOTIVATOR HEALER

Lifts the room, sees the person. Builds trust through warmth and acceptance before any task is named.

Activating · move the person to action.
CHALLENGER COMMANDER

Calls people up and out. Names the standard, points the direction, breaks the inertia.

Informing · give the person something to know.
PROFESSOR

Transmits the knowledge that turns confusion into competence. Argues from data; teaches into action.

Innovating · invite the person into what isn't yet.
SEER MAVEN

Sees what hasn't been created and the paradigm that doesn't yet exist. Opens horizons.

7F · GROUP REPORT Thank You17 / 17

Thank you, Grand Canyon University.

It has been an honor to listen with you — to name the frequencies already moving through your team, and to hand you the language to lead them. The work now is simple and lifelong: keep tuning your signal, keep developing the dynamic between you, and keep speaking the voice that builds rather than the one that erodes. We're with you.
